2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all online purchases made via the Conwy Kayaks website (www.conwykayaks.co.uk). By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all descriptions, images, and specifications of products on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, design, or dimensions may occur. All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order using one of our accepted payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to dispatch. In such cases, you will be contacted to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price.

5. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We will confirm receipt of your order by email; however, a legally binding contract is not formed until we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, APC, and DX Freight for rigid kayaks. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details, delivery times, and regional exceptions. Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks or events beyond our control.

7. Cancellations and Returns

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at help@conwykayaks.co.uk with your order details.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Warranties

All new products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conwy Kayaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for the product concerned.
