At Conwy Kayaks, we aim to deliver your order safely and promptly. The information below explains our delivery methods, timeframes, costs, and regional exceptions.

Delivery Methods

• Most items — including inflatable kayaks, paddle boards, paddles, and accessories — are shipped via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or APC.
• Rigid kayaks only are dispatched via DX Freight due to their size and handling requirements.

Rigid Kayak Delivery Procedure

Rigid kayaks are shipped only after we have spoken directly with you to confirm that someone will be available to receive the delivery. This helps prevent damage and failed delivery attempts.

• Mainland UK & Lowlands of Scotland: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Highlands of Scotland & UK Islands: delivery times vary and we are unable to provide accurate estimates.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for most orders.
• Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may incur additional courier surcharges. If this applies, we will discuss and confirm any extra cost with you when arranging delivery and collect the surcharge before dispatch.

Order Processing Times

• Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and dispatched the same day, excluding bank holidays.
• Orders placed after 12:00 pm or over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your delivery on the courier’s website.
